We only book one event per day so dates book up quickly.
To be officially booked we'll need a signed contract and a 25% deposit.

what's included
At Willow Woods Barn we include lots of extras to make your special day all it can be. Our beautiful white indoor chairs and round tables will be set up for you on your big day. Plus we'll have your selected tablecloths (black, navy, ivory or white) in place to save you even more time. We'll also set up our outdoor chairs in whichever location you choose.
Inside you can personalize your tablesettings with our gold and silver chargers that make even the disposable plates and flatware look great! We have an awesome prep kitchen filled with decor and serving items you can use at no cost. We have drink dispensers, large coolers, battery-operated candles, lanterns, metal bins and trays, wood stands and much more!
And this is BIG.... did we mention that we're completely open vendor for food?!! So, you can bring your own food, hire a food truck or select any caterer you choose!
